The service personnel were extremely nice. Although the price of tire rotation and oil change was insane. I may have to back to my original place. The coupons don't help. One little drawback was when I went to get my car and was blocked in. I had to get a very nice gentleman to drive me out as I am not skilled enough for that type of maneuvering. Thanks to him! More

Very confusing. First told that the recall part that they were playing put in my car was damaged so they weren't able to do it and needed to reschedule. Then I was t First told that the recall part that they were playing put in my car was damaged so they weren't able to do it and needed to reschedule. Then I was told that there were no recalls on my vehicle. All the recalls were up-to-date. Brandon did not call me back and explain things before he left for the day and I was very disappointed in that. Come to find out that he checked the wrong vehicle. He just called up the vehicle in the system and it wasn't my current vehicle. It was a very frustrating day. I spent a lot of time back-and-forth with nothing to show for it. More
