Our salesman was fine, no issues with him at all. I would never trade in another vehicle to this dealership, we were honest about our car, we were told it wasn’t worth anything to them and it would be sent t never trade in another vehicle to this dealership, we were honest about our car, we were told it wasn’t worth anything to them and it would be sent to auction. We later went by and it’s for sale on their lot. Looked it up online and they are selling it for $7000 more than what they would give us for it as a trade. I understand they need to make money too - but blatantly lying to us and taking advantage was uncalled for. The finance person had an ill fitting mask, it was filthy, it kept coming off and he was very unprofessional. I wish we had waited for another dealership to get the vehicle in that we were looking for. More
