The people were great, and service in general was fine, though I was there WAY too long, for just an oil change. Especially one that was scheduled... (I wasnt just a drive-up.) Andy is rude and condescending. Diagnosed my vehicle before even getting my approval. Then informed me I have to pay the fee or my car wouldn’t be released.
