When I arrive I'm taken care almost immediately. Tell them my problem & the bill is always correct with the estimated cost. Plus my car is finished in record time. Very pleased with the service. It took 4 weeks to fix my vehicle, after being told it would take only one week. The communication between the service department and myself was horrible. I never received an update on the progress of my vehicle unless I drove down to the dealership to find out. After I got the vehicle back, I was happy with the work. They replaced my engine.
