If I had my choice I would definitely choose somewhere else. They have the mentality of, “that’s not my job”, they do not communicate. You can’t not reach them by the phone number listed. The work done on the vehicle was fine as always but I had to contact the service department 3 times over the course of a month before anyone got back to me regarding my issue. I felt like I was being ignored to contact the service department 3 times over the course of a month before anyone got back to me regarding my issue. I felt like I was being ignored. Things were fine before the new company took over and fouled things up. (And the choice of radio station in the showroom and waiting area was terrible and too loud!) More
