Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I was gaslit by West Herr Ram/chrysler over verifiable problems that this dealership addressed readily. The other dealership held my truck hostage I was gaslit by West Herr Ram/chrysler over verifiable problems that this dealership addressed readily. The other dealership held my truck hostage for 3 days, did nothing, tried to charge me $600 for diagnostics which was complete garbage. This dealership bent over backwards to take care of the truck, provided me with a loaner for all days, great communication, wrapped up as much of the work under warranty as possible. I could not be more pleased with the interaction or the staff and I give them my highest recommendation for other customers. They are great representative of the Ram brand and I would recommend them to anybody. More
