My car has been taken in twice for the same issues and they are still not fixed. I have had difficulty reaching the service center by phone, and it has taken several weeks at a time to be taken in for ser they are still not fixed. I will be bringing it in for the third time for the same issues, and no rental car is available. Overall, I feel that I am not being taken seriously, and I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received especially considering that I am a first time customer who purchased a brand new vehicle.
