Disappointed the dealership went back on its word. I bought my jeep here years ago and part of the deal/contract was they would do oil changes for free on it forever. Now, they decided to start chargi I bought my jeep here years ago and part of the deal/contract was they would do oil changes for free on it forever. Now, they decided to start charging without even notifying until I was already there for a scheduled appointment. However, I noticed while sitting in the waiting room, some customers were still getting their oil changed free. So I am still unclear about the new policy. I won’t go out of my way to come here for car service anymore. More

Reported abnormal brake noise at 16k miles.
