I made an appt for recalls on my car. A part had to be ordered and I asked to call me if the Part does not come in before my appt so I can reschedule. It is difficult to find a ride since you don,t have shuttle services anymore. I will never step foot at your dealership again andI certainly will not recommend anyone to visit vision. It was a waste of my time to keep that appt. WhenI picked up the car the man in service was rude and had a hard time locating my paperwork. Things have gone downhill lately since new owners took over and they need to provide better service to customers or you will lose more sales. More

We have brought our RAM in for service for the same problem here four times now and it is still not repaired and we are $4000 into the same repair!!! Sooooo disappointed!!!! Also, nobody calls us to ke problem here four times now and it is still not repaired and we are $4000 into the same repair!!! Sooooo disappointed!!!! Also, nobody calls us to keep us informed about waiting for parts to come in! We have purchased four cars over the years from this dealership and have been treated with no respect at all or gratitude for our loyalty!!! More

Well, this dealership has been one of the best I’ve dealt with in many years. All the people there are more than willing to help you, especially Dan in service.
