Scott M. is a steely-eyed missile man! I ordered a 2022 Ram 1500 back in January and Scott was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. So much so that when I decided a month later to also order a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 392 I immediately came back to Scott. Flash forward to July and I've now taken delivery on both vehicles. Scott was consistently awesome throughout, always keeping me informed, showing great patience, and going out of his way to keep the communication flowing both ways throughout. There were a couple issues with some missing option/accessory items on both builds (the factory/manufacturer's fault, not at all the dealership's). Scott took charge to get them corrected with no question or hesitation. One of the issues was almost comical in its absurdity to find a resolution (again, a Ram issue, not the dealership's fault) and Scott personally stepped up and honestly went out of his way to make sure it got handled and resolved as quickly as possible, entirely to my satisfaction. I had an excellent experience over a 6 months process of custom ordering and purchasing two separate vehicles and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. I got a fair price for both vehicles (especially considering this crazy post-Covid car market we're all still struggling through) and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend the dealership and Scott M. in particular. More
