We purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We test drove the vehicle before it was cleaned up. It was a mess but the only one on the lot with the options that we wanted. Our purchase was interrupted by Covid and it took several weeks to complete. They were very understanding and we were able to complete the purchase in person. The dealership was short staffed due to illness, but was able to deliver the vehicle on time and in good shape. It was, overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you Alex! More
