Decent experience, not good and certainly far from great. Involved far too many trips to this dealership. We made an appointment with Bill for 5:30 PM. Unfortunately he was with someone until 6:30 PM yet no Involved far too many trips to this dealership. We made an appointment with Bill for 5:30 PM. Unfortunately he was with someone until 6:30 PM yet no one else helped us or acknowledged us. Another visit as part of this trip was to actually close a deal yet no one helped me again for about an hour. Then, people that came in after me, with no appointment were helped ahead of me. I brought my Cherokee in for a recall, but the battery was DEAD when I picked it up "while it was in your care". I was forced to buy a new battery. I had no battery problems or indicators prior to bringin was DEAD when I picked it up "while it was in your care". I was forced to buy a new battery.
