Kid at the counter was great so no reflection on him as an employee. Getting rid of the free oil changes is extremely frustrating. We have brought our RAM in for service for the same problem here four times now and it is still not repaired and we are $4000 into the same repair!!! Sooooo disappointed!!!! Also, nobody calls us to ke problem here four times now and it is still not repaired and we are $4000 into the same repair!!! Sooooo disappointed!!!! Also, nobody calls us to keep us informed about waiting for parts to come in! We have purchased four cars over the years from this dealership and have been treated with no respect at all or gratitude for our loyalty!!! More
