It took 4 weeks to fix my vehicle, after being told it would take only one week. The communication between the service department and myself was horrible. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 am. For an oil change and inspection. I assumed it would only be a few hours. By 2 pm I had not heard from anyone. I called. No answer. Didn’t hear back after another 1 1/2 hrs. Called again. Message said service was closed. Called back selected sales. The gentleman that answered walked to service. He said vehicle was ready and they forgot to call me. This is the 2nd time they have forgotten to call me. It’s not good business And it’s $75 for an oil change. That is way too expensive. I will not be returning for my oil changes. More
