I brought my car in for an inspection (with an appointment) and it still somehow surprised them that I was coming in. After the inspection was complete, the tech let me know that I needed new brak appointment) and it still somehow surprised them that I was coming in. I immediately felt like this was dishonest, especially considering I had just gotten new brakes just last year…from the same service department. So that tells me one of two things, either they’re lying to me, or they sold me bad brakes last year, because we drive this Jeep about half as often as our other car. I do not think I’ll be taking our cars here again. More
