I have bought 5 or 6 vehicles from this Vision dealership and have always counted on them to do the service. They have met or exceeded my expectations every time. My issue has not been resolved. The service dept doesn't know if they will be able to get a part to fix my vehicle, despite being the ones who replaced that part last year. I brought my truck in for a headlight repair. I was told at the time of drop-off on a Friday that the service would be covered under warranty. I was also told the part would arrive the next day. It did not arrive the next day, nor the following Monday. Having left my truck there for service I expected to receive a call to update me, which I did not get. I called myself to find out the part needed for service had still not arrived and would arrive days later. After finally completing the service, the dealership was expecting to charge me for the service even though at the time of initially dropping the vehicle off, Johnny told me it would be covered under warranty and that information would be placed into my file for reference. I didn’t catch their names, but two younger men that checked me in and checked me out. The young service counter man with the tattoos on his arm was so helpful and went above and beyond. Also like to recognize the tech that worked on my car.
