Service dept is awful. I was contacted to schedule an appointment for a recall. I took car in on scheduled date, and never got a call. Went in at 5:30 PM only to be told that they need to order the part and it is on back order. They should have let me know that when the appointment was scheduled to save me a wasted trip. I had to take a day off without pay, and now when the part comes in I have to do it again! More

It was really hard to get someone to talk to on the phone to make an appointment. I called for a week and left three messages, no one called me back. Someone finally answered.
