They did not fix my side lane management system. They reset it and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It worked for 4 days and stopped today. Obviously there is something wrong with it. So I have been using this service department for many years. I called on a Friday to get my oil changed, tires rotated and I was having an issue with a tire losing air. I spoke to Joe in service and right off the bat, he was nice and courteous. I knew we would get along great. I asked for a date to drop off my truck for said services. He said we could make an appointment for a couple weeks out. Then he said well wait a minute, call me Saturday (the next day) and we will see if we can work you in!! So I did and got all my requested items addressed. Found I needed a patch in my tire and of other things he thought I would need going forward. Not pushy, not threatening, not trying to shove unnecessary services on me! I like that!! I definitely will continue my relationship with Joe and the outstanding group he works with!! Nothing but good coming out of that company!!! Oh and they were very careful with my 2021 Dodge Durango! Also everyone I dealt with was kind and courteous!! More
