Perhaps the worst service experience in some time. The gentleman in charge of handling service experience was seemingly trying to be unhelpful. Despite having an appointment for the service I was informed at the end of the day that the vehicle wasn't evaluated at any point and would need the vehicle for another day. No offer for apology or loaner vehicle- simply that a large diesel truck took the entire day and thus the scheduled appointment was deemed irrelevant. Thereafter, two of the three issues raised ( transmission, radio) were identified as not being a problem, or that they are unable to correct them- and at the end of the day- charged for diagnostics... yet diagnosed nothing wrong. As for the third reason for service- the oil change- when I purchased the vehicle 4 years prior, I was to get 10 free oil changes. Notified at drop off that new owner no longer honors the free oil change program, but could be completed for over $60. Vision Dodge should be embarrassed. More

Hate their bait/switch tactics and overselling. I just wanted my A/C Freon topped up and they kept changing the diagnosis plan. They did more work than I asked for and then told me that extended wa I just wanted my A/C Freon topped up and they kept changing the diagnosis plan. I have heard from others, that this dealership trains the service dept. to do this on purpose. More
