Dan is amazing and very positive and friendly. Larry is passive aggressive and talks down to customers. It caused me a lot of anxiety walking in to the service department. Larry was very curt bordering rude. I had to call to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told I'd have it on Tuesday and did not end up getting it on Friday. Fortunately Dan stepped in I had to call to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told I'd have it on Tuesday and did not end up getting it on Friday. Fortunately Dan stepped in and provided amazing service. He saved the experience for me personally by taking ownership of the issue and going above and beyond to make up for the poor experience prior. Dan is definitely an asset to the Mopar family. More
