Hi. My wait time was over an hour for New York State inspect My wait time was over an hour for a New York State inspection. Also I heard a rattling sound after my visit. Liz to the rescue!! Wipers stopped working on my new Ram 1500. Called the dealership and spoke to Liz in service. They had no appointments available for 4 or 5 days.
