Dan in service should be commended. I had an issue with my 2017 Dodge Charger that I purchased from Vision. I made three calls to AAA last week due to my car not starting. Each and every time they starte my 2017 Dodge Charger that I purchased from Vision. I made three calls to AAA last week due to my car not starting. Each and every time they started my car and I was told that it was not the battery causing my issue and that i should have the problem looked at by a mechanic. I called Vision the morning of August 16 to make an appointment thinking that i would not be able to get it looked at for several days or more and when I spoke to Dan and told him my problem he was able to get me in the following morning at 8am and low and behold it was the battery causing my issue. AAA will be getting a call expressing my disapproval over the service that I received. Please commend Dan for what he did for me and I will be visiting Vision early next year for the purchase of my third Dodge Charger from Alex. Thank you. John More

I requested a new York state inspection and a 40k mile service. I left the dealer with a failed inspection after a $2,000 estimate to repair. Incredible for a low mileage truck.
