Had they offered me the Kelly Blue Book or the NADA trade value, I would be driving a new car, instead as I told VINCE I was not going to deal without my wife looking, yet he pushed. The same dealer 4 years ago told me they "could not deal over the phone or internet for someone "handicapped". Everyone had to come into the dealer to get a price. So today I found that it was a boxing match. Vince, the salesman had me sign a form to "start the negotiation" according to him". Well I should have been careful, as he used that as authorization for a "Credit Report Inquiry". There would be no problem had he disclosed truthfully. You see my wife was home recovering from Radiation treatments. Both she and I are totally disabled with Heart Failure. I don't think we need stress. I did not need her to think I was doing something without her knowledge. The competitive dealer asked up front to obtain a credit report . At age 68, I don't like to fight to give someone my money, but if they are "fair", "open", and "honest"; then I will deal. By the way, I came in for Service and a New Car deal, Service was Great. Lawyers and Car Salespeople will never gain respect when they deal like this. More

one bad, two good I have bought two vehicles from Vision Ford. I do recommend them over the other local dealerships. I can say the first time I went in I was not happy I have bought two vehicles from Vision Ford. I do recommend them over the other local dealerships. I can say the first time I went in I was not happy with the out come. I was approached by a long time sales man and was not happy with the treatment. I felt that since I was new to the sales of a brand new car and my credit was low I was not taken serious. I looked around town and was not satisfied so end up back at Vision Ford. a new salesman approached me and I was very happy that he was able to help me. I was able to get into a used car and even though my credit was low he and the team worked hard at getting me a deal I could afford. I still have the vehicle and have been back to buy another vehicle from Vision Ford. I do wish the salesman was still there that I originally dealt with, because I am now interested in a large pickup and now my credit is great! I will go back and hope to have a good experience but if not I know that I will be looking else were. I stand by my words when I say Vision Ford is the best local dealership, but if you are not satisfied with how you are treated then find a place that makes you feel good about walking away with a vehicle.
