I've been buying cars at Vision since 2005. I have always had good service, friendly staff. But since it has been bought out I find it has changed. I dislike the phone service. The staff is friendly enough. But having a hard time scheduling a time to leave my vehicle overnight for service to look at an engine noise. I don’t understand that if I schedule a specific date and time to drop off my vehicle and tell service that I will need a loaner car that they can’t either hold one for me or work out a date and time when they will have one. Very frustrated which is the reason for lower rating. Tempted to go to another Hyundai dealer for service. More
