I’ve always had a good experience here until you took away my free oil changes. I am driving the third Hyundai Sonata that I have owned and bought from this dealership- I have been very happy with each o away my free oil changes. The last time I got an oil change I was told they don’t do that anymore- since when can you change a written contract! I will no longer buy my cars at Vision and I will be moving on to a new vehicle! I bought my car brand new 6 months ago, never had an issue with it whatsoever. But I took it in to Vision Hyundai Henrietta to use one of my free oil changes that they offered. After 2 hours, they final issue with it whatsoever. But I took it in to Vision Hyundai Henrietta to use one of my free oil changes that they offered. After 2 hours, they finally finished changing it. Later that same day, I was almost in a car accident because a car did not see me and turned into the roadway; I attempted to honk my horn to warn them that I was approaching, but my horn did not work. No sound came from the horn at all. Come to find out that this is a common recall for the Elantra. Fine, it happens. But the issue that I have is that it is way too big of a coincidence for it to happen on the same day I brought my car in for service. My car had no issues prior to this, in fact I used my horn on the way to drop my car off for service so I know for a fact it was working that day. Since this all happened, I have called vision Hyundai over ten times, left multiple messages, and even contacted my salesman. And still haven’t been able to speak to someone about this issue in over 3 days. This dealership is very sleazy and I will never bring my car here again, even for free service. More

I was on my way to work at 515 pm on a Monday. . when I noticed one of tire registering as low. Tyler got me right in and out..fixed my flat and I was on time to work. Wow !!! Came in for oil change, service did not reset for mileage or put mileage sticker in car. Service texted us the location but when we arrived they were adamant and rude that we were at the wrong locat mileage or put mileage sticker in car.
