We brought the car in for a recall and ny inspection we were told it should take 45 minutes we were told the car needed a lot of work and given a $3000 estimate some of it was legitimate most it wasn't. I had had to ask if it was being failed I was told no. So I asked them to put the sticker on the car. After that they left us sitting in the waiting area for another 45 minutes. When we got the car back the inside smelled like gas. I had the service manager come out and smell it. In the end we sat at the dealership for 2 hours and 15 minutes and left with a car that smelled like gas More

I came in for recall work, but they looked for issues to fix besides the recall. I am irritated that they took advantage of this situation to try to sell me things I don't really need and try to scare me in fix besides the recall. I am irritated that they took advantage of this situation to try to sell me things I don't really need and try to scare me into paying to have things done by saying that the repairs are urgent. A dirty cabin filter and a slightly frayed wiper blade are not urgent. And im not paying $75 for a $7.50 filter I could install myself. I have a valid inspection, no warning lights so there was no reason to look at anything except the recall issues I came in for. More
