My sales man was great! Adam, made sure I was feeling right about everything and really took time with me and all of my questions as well as with my dad. I believe that I Adam, made sure I was feeling right about everything and really took time with me and all of my questions as well as with my dad. I believe that I received a very fair deal on my new car and Adam took the time to really listen and understand what I needed and wanted. I do not remember any interaction with John Gammeriello. Don't remember the finance guys name. However, the finance guy, while he may have that he was being nice and reassuring, comes across a bit more like a heavy hitting sales man, not really a answering questions or deferring or making excuses (Not my area, etc). I do NOT like being hit up with additional expenses at the end of a sale, this is not upfront pricing in my view. It feels like pressure sales. Small talk does not make it better. Listening to my questions and going and getting the answers or someone who knows these answers does. I offer this feedback, because I viewed him to be young and not quite getting how to work with an older feminist's female. So far I am feeling a bit mixed about my new car, maybe as I learn more I may go from better to best. More
