I could not believe that I watched the person who was the finance person on deck that day after getting finished with a customer reach down inside the front of his pants and straighten out his junk as he pro finance person on deck that day after getting finished with a customer reach down inside the front of his pants and straighten out his junk as he proceeded back to his cubicle.....further more he continued on to the next client immediately.......Finally I was beside myself when we actually had to deal with this guy......not sure of his name, just wanted to get out of there to wash my hands......not even a person who normally works there......Recommendation for this person.....zero More

Service is fine but the 1 hour 40 minute wait for a scheduled oil change seems a little crazy. They couldn’t find the problem, it wouldn’t do it for them. The next single light it did it again. Problem: when you pull away from a light,stop sign or changing lanes on expressway and you put your foo them. The next single light it did it again. Problem: when you pull away from a light,stop sign or changing lanes on expressway and you put your foot on the gas pedal,nothing happens. You have to kick the accelerator to get any response from the vehicle. I’ve been driving every type and size vehicle for the past 65 years and this is the most dangerous vehicle I have ever driven. I also had the oil changed while there. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and three recalls. I was told that it would be ready in about an hour and 15 minutes and it was ready in that time to the minute. I also had asked for a tire rotation a I was told that it would be ready in about an hour and 15 minutes and it was ready in that time to the minute. I also had asked for a tire rotation and they told me that it was not necessary. They could have just done it and charged me for it but they didn’t. More
