I had to come back after a headlight error code, with what we thought was just a blown LED bulb. It turned out there was a short that only replicated after I left and drove a ways down the road and hit a what we thought was just a blown LED bulb. It turned out there was a short that only replicated after I left and drove a ways down the road and hit a bump or something. They took good care of me and got the problem resolved no charge and even washed my car. Vision kia of Fairport /and now East Rochester has been my dealership and service provider for nearly 10 years and I trust them to be honest and not take advantage. Strongly recommend. More

I have called this dealership 17 times in the last 5 days. I have left messages, chatted with the website chat bot, and talked to a sales guy named Phillip, who was supposedly texting the “team” to cal days. If I don’t hear back soon, I am contacting the Attorney General’s Office! This is ridiculous! I will never buy another vehicle here again! More
