Was promised 3 free oil changes when we signed the paperwork to get the vehicle. Showed up for oil change and they wanted to charge me for it. I was provided a loaner vehicle as a benefit of the extended warranty I purchased. My vehicle was ready the next day. I was shocked to learn of the Shop Charge applied to my bill for gloves and towels extended warranty I purchased. My vehicle was ready the next day. I was shocked to learn of the Shop Charge applied to my bill for gloves and towels used in the service of my vehicle...really?!?! As if the hourly rate wasn't high enough to cover these charges?!?!?
