$78,500+ EV9 and 1k miles. Have had it just over 2-months. It's in service for the second time. This time it is now up to Kia Tech line to fix (who knows how long that will be Have had it just over 2-months. It's in service for the second time. This time it is now up to Kia Tech line to fix (who knows how long that will be but all signs point to not quick). Five days later, still waiting on my loaner. Zero follow-up since last Thursday am drop off. Trying to live with one car and still have a $1,100 monthly car payment and not the car. Sales still has not refunded me $750 pre-order deposit. Regretting switching from BMW where I had no issues. More

I had very positive experience at this dealership. In fact, my last Kia was purchased at Vision Kia and was a good deal. So I decided to stick with Vision for my new car. I was not disappointed. Nick Brumm was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I walked in and had a deal in an hour. My new Sportage was delivered on time and it was detailed even with full tank of gas. Nick took time to go through all features of the new car with me very patiently. That's great customer service. The sales manager, finance manager and service managers are all easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
