Unfortunately, a few issues came up with my last visit . first of all I received four calls from different personnel trying to set up a sales meeting while I was there getting my car inspected. It should’ve been marked somewhere in the computer that I had been reached an appointment made by the fourth call at 8:15 in the morning. I was so annoyed I canceled my sales visit so I’m no longer interested, I brought my car in for the inspection I was told 30 to 45 minutes- two hours and 15 minutes later I went to the desk only to find that my car slip had been ready for God knows how long but the girl was so busy she had forgotten about me She did apologize she did comp me future inspections. It feels disrespectful to my time. Why couldn’t the mechanic just pop into the room next-door I was waiting and say hey you’re done and then she wouldn’t have to worry about going through her list and if she’s that busy maybe she should get some help. Honestly I will get serious consideration as to whether I will visit this dealership again either for a car or any work. More
Joe from East Rochester is probably the most rude person I have ever been in contact with. Buying a car with him was one of the worst experiences I have gone through. Understandable, cars are not priced whe I have ever been in contact with. Buying a car with him was one of the worst experiences I have gone through. Understandable, cars are not priced where they used to be but when mistakes are made by the SALES PERSON, the customer should not have to pay for them, especially when this mistake costs the customer hundreds of dollars. I bought a new car from Jake Gray at Vision Kia of East Rochester and I have to admit -- the entire process went flawlessly. There was no pressure, I never felt rushed or pushed. Jake's approach is down-to-Earth, friendly and calm -- just what I needed. I worked with Russel to finalize the deal and while he did the usual thing of suggesting some extended coverages it was a soft-sell and he did not force the issue in the slightest. Overall I have to say this was one of the best new car buying experiences I've ever had. More

After being hounded to make an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. I showed up with title in hand and a beautiful trade in. They did not have the vehicle there, as a matter of fact they did not even specific vehicle. I showed up with title in hand and a beautiful trade in. So I showed up to lease or buy it and they didn't even try to sell me a vehicle. worst dealership I ever walked in to. They even called to follow up while I was driving home, when I told them my experience, they said ok bye... What a joke that place is. Don't waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing. A lot full of cars and a showroom full of sales people and they couldn't sell a fire extinguisher at a fire. More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are con artist just looking to make a sale. They were very rude, unprofessional and poor communication. I made an appointment with Heidi Jensen on 3/7/22 for 3/8/22, to come in for a test drive & look at the model I was interested in. I was told to ask for Joe. Upon arriving a salesman named Adam greeted me, I explained what I was there for and who I needed to see. He said Joe wasn't available, but he could help. Come to find out, the vehicle wasn't available for a test drive or purchase. He said I would need to order it, with a expected arrival date some time in August for $56,533 (just being greedy). This price is about $7,000 over, what other dealerships are asking for this same model and package. I even pulled out the paperwork from the dealership, that I'm ordering from and showed him. I asked why was the price so high? He said he doesn't know, that what the manager said. I explained that I wanted to see the manager, because this is ridiculous. Of course the manager comes out full of bullcrap. I explained to him, I'm very straight forward, I don't play games & I don't appreciate my time being wasted. After walking out, I received a call from Heidi with her lies. First, she said we were at the wrong location. I told her she gave us the location (she was on speaker, so I have a witness), and she told us to ask for Joe. She claim she had us at the Canandaigua location with somebody named Brian (again either she was lying, put the information in the system wrong or gave us the wrong information). After that, it was one lie after another coming out her mouth and she continued to try and switch her story. Sorry I'm not the one. I'm very well educated, professional and work in Business Management. I came to this dealership under false pretense. It was a total waste of my time and gas. I don't recommend them, save yourself the hassle and find a different dealership. I promise it's not worth the headache or lies. More
