After being hounded to make an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. I showed up with title in hand and a beautiful trade in. So I showed up to lease or buy it and they didn't even try to sell me a vehicle. worst dealership I ever walked in to. They even called to follow up while I was driving home, when I told them my experience, they said ok bye... What a joke that place is. Don't waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing. A lot full of cars and a showroom full of sales people and they couldn't sell a fire extinguisher at a fire. More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are con artist just looking to make a sale. They were very rude, unprofessional and poor communication. I made an appointment with Heidi Jensen on 3/7/22 for 3/8/22, to come in for a test drive & look at the model I was interested in. I was told to ask for Joe. Upon arriving a salesman named Adam greeted me, I explained what I was there for and who I needed to see. He said Joe wasn't available, but he could help. Come to find out, the vehicle wasn't available for a test drive or purchase. He said I would need to order it, with a expected arrival date some time in August for $56,533 (just being greedy). This price is about $7,000 over, what other dealerships are asking for this same model and package. I even pulled out the paperwork from the dealership, that I'm ordering from and showed him. I asked why was the price so high? He said he doesn't know, that what the manager said. I explained that I wanted to see the manager, because this is ridiculous. Of course the manager comes out full of bullcrap. I explained to him, I'm very straight forward, I don't play games & I don't appreciate my time being wasted. After walking out, I received a call from Heidi with her lies. First, she said we were at the wrong location. I told her she gave us the location (she was on speaker, so I have a witness), and she told us to ask for Joe. She claim she had us at the Canandaigua location with somebody named Brian (again either she was lying, put the information in the system wrong or gave us the wrong information). After that, it was one lie after another coming out her mouth and she continued to try and switch her story. Sorry I'm not the one. I'm very well educated, professional and work in Business Management. I came to this dealership under false pretense. It was a total waste of my time and gas. I don't recommend them, save yourself the hassle and find a different dealership. I promise it's not worth the headache or lies. More

Certain cars are hard to come by right now but Ricky kept in touch with me every step of the way, answered all my questions and delivered on hi with! Never in my life have I experienced such a rude and unhelp staff. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are con artist just looking to make a sale. I was told I could go to ANY Kia dealership in Rochester to have service done but come to find out that is not the case and it must be at a Vision location. With a lease your given 3 oil changes, but they must be done at a Vision dealership. Vision Kia of East Rochester refused to cover the oil change because it wasn't at their dealership. It shocks me that they wouldn't cover the oil change especially because they give 3 free ones with a lease. Instead they were rude and said they rather lose me as a customer then cover the oil change. Unprofessionalism and poor communication seems to be the general theme at this dealership. STAY AWAY!! More
We suffered a total loss of our 2020 Kia Telluride in a storm in New England and ended up having to purchase one out of state. When we got back to Rochester we needed some mechanical help and an inspection storm in New England and ended up having to purchase one out of state. When we got back to Rochester we needed some mechanical help and an inspection. We were received at Vision Kia with open arms and treated as if we had purchased the new car from them. Needless to say we are grateful and very happy with this service. More
