Not impressed. First they tried to increase agree upon price by $400 because the car was black. Then, they inspected the wrong car, and we had to go back to get it re-inspected. Lastly, had to do redo l price by $400 because the car was black. Then, they inspected the wrong car, and we had to go back to get it re-inspected. Lastly, had to do redo loan paperwork since they submitted the wrong VIN number for the loan. Likely to never do business with them again. More

Thank you very much for helping me with the issue with the seat in my Kia Sedona. The gentlemen that assisted me were very helpful and informative. There was some risk as to the job to be done (moneywis the seat in my Kia Sedona. The gentlemen that assisted me were very helpful and informative. There was some risk as to the job to be done (moneywise and timewise), if we attempted to fix it without a replacement part that same day, but with the information provided, I was able to make the right call to ask the team to go ahead and attempt the fix, and the service team did a stupendous job at really working the issue until it was repaired - even if it took a little extra time. Well worth the wait. Thank you all very much!!! More
