Appointment was at 8am. Car not serviced until almost 10am. Noone came out to let me know that they were running behind. Customer service is poor. Long wait times. Always amazing service. They greet me right when I pull up and keep me up to date during my appointment. Bought this car less than a year earlier and a sensor went. Was certified pre owned and had an extended warranty. However they charged me $700 to replace a faulty sensor. They reduced my oil change and i went. Was certified pre owned and had an extended warranty. However they charged me $700 to replace a faulty sensor. They reduced my oil change and inspection charges and maybe a tire rotation so good for them but still $720. Also when I bought the car I paid extra for some car tracking service. When I went to set it up they never installed the product on the vehicle. Service itself was ok. Company sales and customer service as far as a good product? Terrible. Also called twice with questions and never received a call back. Had some completely wrong email address in their system. Who made the email up I have No idea. Again no return call about that issue.
