My experience went from very good to extremely poor. This review reflects Dominic, Billy, John Smith, Alex B, Eric V, and Ronny Suarez, Mike O and anyone else that I was passed on to/involved. I think part of the reason this happened is because I kept getting passed to different people and my salesmen was not paying attention. He assured me three times that my credit wouldn't be run to more then one bank. I drove to this dealership twice and did everything they asked of me. The dealership is 40 miles from my house so 160 miles total and about 4 hours total of wasted timThe reason people don't like car dealerships are because experiences like these. They lied to me they cheated me and they ran my credit 4 times after they assured me it would only be ran once. Alex the Salesperson and his manager Ronny Suarez are extremely unprofessional in this aspect. This is not how you earn someone's business. In addition to that they let a customer drive my car off the lot after the window stickers were taken off and my car was detailed after telling me they would park it out back to prevent this from happening. Atrocious customer service. Alex was very apologetic admitting fault. Eddie the general sales manager said "why are you so upset about 5 inquiries we all have inquiries" I can't believe that was a response I received. I only asked for one inquiry not 5 and I made the mistake of trusting them. That's like being a vegan going to a vegan restaurant and them serving you beef. I asked to speak to their GM Scott O they said he wouldn't be in until Monday. Disappointing would be an understatement. They also conveniently "misplaced" my written carmax quote for my trade. What a nightmare.
