Engine Trouble - Fixed Immediately I was driving home late one weeknight and my 'check engine' light came on. A little panicked, I wondered what the trouble could be for my newer car an I was driving home late one weeknight and my 'check engine' light came on. A little panicked, I wondered what the trouble could be for my newer car and called the dealership early the next morning. Norman answered the phone and said to bring it right on by. I was able to get alerts by text and they figured out the problem, got it fixed, and road-ready again within only a couple of hours. I live nearby so I had someone pick me up but apparently they have a shuttle service and I think that's the true token of buying into a brand. Not only that but service was great and Norman has treated me and my car wonderfully the handful of times I've had it serviced (+ free wash!). I love my Voklswagen Golf and love it even more because of the service of the dealership. More
