Worst service ever. Paid for repair and still having same issue almost left my granddaughter stranded. Took it back and no problem with will be covered under warranty and here is a loaner. Went to pick it up issue almost left my granddaughter stranded. Took it back and no problem with will be covered under warranty and here is a loaner. Went to pick it up and they wanted $1700 for a warranty repair that was supposed to be a no charge. Not one call to confirm anything and they won't give us our car or any paperwork to show they had permission to charge. I was told the Manager would call me on Monday morning and still no call. We took it to the dealership for better service and this is what we have. Please do not trust anything they say. More
First, the online booking system for vehicle service did not have updated information. Service advisors who are no longer working there are still being assigned to customers. Second, the regular oil chan not have updated information. Service advisors who are no longer working there are still being assigned to customers. Second, the regular oil change price becomes very expensive and the price has increased from $79 to $119 before Tax and Fees. Third, there is no longer an Express Service or Mid-week Service anymore because a regular oil change needs to take 2.5 hours and more. More
Worst customer service! Stay away have got 2 cars from Worst customer service! Stay away have got 2 cars from them! The first was amazing. I noticed the back light being super dim when braking just 10 Worst customer service! Stay away have got 2 cars from them! The first was amazing. I noticed the back light being super dim when braking just 10 hours after leaving the lot…. I got my car during the day so I did not notice till the next night. I called they said they could do nothing for me. No big deal. The speakers where also blown and still they put it on the lot. They will pass anything in the service department. My 2nd car we bought a month after my 1st one… not even 24 hours after leaving the lot started to poor oil everywhere. I call them and bring it in. And are talking to me. Offer to cover the labor and oil due to us just buying it. Gave us a total of 600$. Okay no big deal we left it. Well a service member of VW THEN TELLS US THEY WILL JOT COVER IT. GETS SUPER RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WITH US. HIS NAME was Ryan. Tells us he will not do that for us that we have to pay full price at 1,180.00. Witch is why we did not want to use them. No way the damage was caused by us we went 5 mins down the road. The car was over looked and thrown on the lot due to the storage. They over payed for ir and tried to get over on us. Witch from other reviews seems to be the scam they run!! I call the HR lady and she try’s to “help us” since it was her team who lied to us. All she said she could do is take 180$ off. Still leaving us with a bill of 1018.00$ so unacceptable! Could have taken responsibility and helped a loyal customer. They will not care to help you. They will toss you aside and still try to make it seem like they are doing you a favor. Do not recommend using the service for anything!! I will definitely be taking my business across the street to dodge northwest and ask for Claudia. If you feel the need to get a car here ask for frank. He is the only good thing at that establishment and they treat him like xxx. So should tell you how they treat the Customers Over all they are xxxx for service. No damage like this happenes over night. They put a neglected car on the lot to make money. And they sure are putting it off on us. I hope this review will keep you save as I wished I had got on here and read reviews. More
Just bought a new car this weekend and I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. From the second we walked in they made us feel comfortable and never pressured in this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. From the second we walked in they made us feel comfortable and never pressured in any way. I want to give special notice to our salesperson Chelsea and Rene' in finance. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and even let us test drive her personal car since it was the same model we wanted and they couldn't find the keys for the car we were looking at. Rene' in finance made us feel comfortable from the moment we were introduced to her. She did an awesome job explaining everything to us. They both did a fantastic job. More

Been to this dealership twice for service on my car, both times were the worst experiences ever. First time, no communication regarding the repair and less dishonesty regarding the timeline. Second time, the times were the worst experiences ever. First time, no communication regarding the repair and less dishonesty regarding the timeline. Second time, they found "nothing wrong" with my car and less than 2 weeks later I was stranded out of town due to the same issue I took it to them with. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could leave less than one star I would. More
They helped me get a used vehicle. That I liked. But the battery died 4 days later. If you buy a car from them, take time to check the vehicle. Because some of their Techs. As you read this review I would like you to ask yourself, "Would I want to be these people?". As a salesperson one would assume you would always answer yes, because that would mean your customer was happy a "Would I want to be these people?". As a salesperson one would assume you would always answer yes, because that would mean your customer was happy and you as a sales person did the right thing and were not a crook. We purchased a used car from your dealership during the 4th of July weekend. We trusted you that it was a car in good condition and we purchased the extended warranty that was recommended. We did everything we were supposed to. After two weeks of owning the car a disturbing popping noise started to come from the center front of the automobile. I waited a week to see if the noise would persist and it did. So three weeks from driving the car off the lot, I brought it back to have it looked at. I had to bring it to you because the warranty says I have to have it worked on by you, even though when the warranty was purchased we were told we could take the car anywhere to have it worked on. The first response I received at the dealership when I came back for help was, "This sounds like a GMC problem." I then explained the situation and was then told that my warranty does not go into effect until after 30 days from the date of purchase. I had to make an appointment, and the first availability was three more weeks away. My car had 34,795 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. When it was finally looked at by your dealership it had 36,557 miles on it, and that is with an additional three weeks of driving from the original attempt to have it looked at. I was told there was play in the front suspension causing the popping noise. I was also told that it was not covered under the warranty that was purchased and it would cost 1700$ to repair. One can only assume that in such a short period of time the repairs were probably needed before purchase. So now what is your answer to the question from above? Would you want to be someone that purchased a car just to have it need 1700 dollars in repairs one month later? No, you would not. We were told multiple times that our car was a "Certified pre-owned car". I'm sorry to inform you, but the only thing certifiable about your dealership is that it is a certified joke. More
