Liz helped guide Megan through the usually confusing process with ease. She was patient, understanding and replied to messages quickly and accurately. I think what struck me most about her was her knowledge of the product. I usually do a lot of research prior to purchasing a new vehicle, and I did this on my daughters behalf as well, it's just fun for me. When we met up with Liz (safely because of COVID-19) I asked some very detailed and challenging questions about the car. Some of these I knew the answer to but wanted assurance that my understanding was correct. Without a hesitation, Liz was able to answer every question with 100% accuracy. She really knows her Jetta's and I was highly impressed. I don't think that I have dealt with a car sales person with as much knowledge as her in the past. Finally, there was no heavy push to "buy the car today", in fact just the opposite. Liz gave Megan reassurance that they had set the car aside for her, and that she had time to make her decision without any pressure of missing out. Overall, Danbury VW was a great experience, and Liz is fantastic to work with on every level. More
