Erik made the process so easy! I purchased a 2019 VW Jetta last year and dealt directly with Erik. He made everything seem so simple and easy. He stayed late the first night I came I purchased a 2019 VW Jetta last year and dealt directly with Erik. He made everything seem so simple and easy. He stayed late the first night I came in to tell me about the car and take it for a test drive, I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Then when I asked if I could drive the car off the lot the next day, he made it all happen! I never was able to purchase a car that easily before. There was absolutely no stress with trying to get all the details in place. Then when i went in to pick the car up the next day, he didn't simply just hand me the keys, but instead walked me through all the other features of the car and other things that i would need to know. Again, i was not rushed which was nice. I left that day feeling comfortable with the new car and didn't have to spend time trying to figure out "what does this button do?" I highly recommend Erik at Danbury VW! He is not pushy or overly sales-y (which is my number one reason i hate going shopping for cars), very knowledgeable and made the whole process simple and easy THANK YOU! More
