Scratched my car and fixed it with touch-up paint. Took my 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Black for maintenance first thing in the morning. They promised it to be ready by lunch time. Got a co-worker to drop me off at lunch time and guess what it? It wasn't ready. We left and I called several times throughout the day and it wasn't ready. Then about 8PM at night I get a phone call that its ready. Got a ride up there and noticed it was parked in a dark corner, seemed kinda suspicious. Looked it over and everything seemed fine. The next morning, I noticed touch-up paint covering small scraps on the front spoiler and bumper. I called the dealer and they said I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Had to call the Subaru company to set these guys straight. More

The car he had in mind, a 2013 Honda CRV, turned out to be the one I was looking for but I didn't know it, until I saw it and then drove it, it was never on my list. There never was a time that I felt pressured to buy; thus making me very comfortable with the entire process. Tony has a genuine concern for people and it shows. Stacey suggested a Jetta TDI, and having owned one before, I agreed. She was so helpful and so nice! We have had such bad experiences in the past. She actually got the us deal we were looking for even after we were told we couldn't at first and by another dealer. We absolutely LOVE the car and it definitely does help with the gas mileage.
