I talked with RYAN my service counselor at indigo VW and explain to him the problem I had with the hole in my transmission pan. He worked with me to get my car delivered to the dealership by tow truck and m explain to him the problem I had with the hole in my transmission pan. He kept me informed through the whole process of repair and when I could be expected to pick up my car. RYAN did a great job and I believe that he would Make a great manager.
