When I turned my car into the service department, everything was so simple. Sherry took care of everything, fully understanding my car's situation. All the technicians looked very professional and hard at work. Above all their tool boxes hung their certifications. Some of those guys would have the equivalent of a PHd in Automotive Maintenance. I never knew how amazing a shop could be. I could sit there all day and watch those guys work, I learned so much just by watching for a couple of minuetes. When the car was done, Sherry called me immediatley. My car was washed, interior cleaned and keys returned with my approval. I would never even think about going to another shop to get my VW worked on. A+++ More

The CC that I purchased today (09/13/09) is the 2nd vehicle from this dealership. The sales experience was great and Dave, the best car salesman I have been associated with, made the sales experience easy and stress free. Dave's no nonsense and low pressure sales approach is and was was very appreciated and as most know not typical. As for the service department, both my vehicles are serviced at this dealership and I have had nothing but good experiences. The service staff has always been very courteous and helpful.
