London is great, and is very attentive to customers. I do get a little frustrated with the lack of supplies/service from either VW South Towne or VW themselves. Also, my cruise control wants to turn itself off, there is a known problem, but no fix. How is that acceptable? Very frustrating and makes me doubt buying a VW product again in the future. More
