I’m sorry to say we were hurried and slighted. We traveled 300 miles to buy our car from this dealership, which was our second car from them. They were not ready on the promise day, or the promise ti traveled 300 miles to buy our car from this dealership, which was our second car from them. They put everything In the back without putting it away where it belonged. They left the owners manual in the back in a cubbyhole, we called and ask about it, and were told 2021 Tiguan had gone digital on their manuals. Nothing had Been handled by our sales person. More
