I've done business here for going on 6 years. In the beginning I loved the experience. But over the last few years, I have grown to hate them. The final nail in the coffin with this dealership happened beginning I loved the experience. But over the last few years, I have grown to hate them. The final nail in the coffin with this dealership happened a few weeks back. I got a call from the sales manager saying they'll pay $3k over NADA value on my car, subtracting for milage and damage. So I verified that the total number was $31k. He confirmed. So I went in to talk to them knowing I would eat 6-7k negative equity. He asked for my key to get the actual milage from the car. When I look up, he's driving off in my car. After a few minutes, he returns claiming he took it to wash it as a surprise. When we walked outside to look for a car on the lot, I notice badges missing from my car. I pointed them out to him and he shrugged it off. After we get back in, he says I'd have 15-16k negative equity. So I asked for an itemized list where the other $9k went. He refused to give it over, stating it was just small things that added up. When I asked for the key back, he "had to get it from the service desk." Finally I told him I'd just take my main key and leave. When I said that, he was suddenly able to provide me with my spare key so I could leave. I will not return to this dealership. More
