Highly recommend NOT to use this dealership. Purchased a new 2020 VW Tiguan 3 months ago. The finance department are will con you into signing "optional" warranties such as the "lost key warranty" and "thef new 2020 VW Tiguan 3 months ago. When I brought it up to JR (the finance guy) he argued with me that it wasn't optional EVEN THOUGH THE PAPERWORK STATES THAT IT IS!!!!! He is a con-artist looking to make every extra penny that he could. My mother-in-law still wanted to buy the car so after finishing the paperwork and getting ready to drive away, we asked where our MONSTER floor mats were at. The sticker price of the car stated that they were included as we paid the extra $300 for them. Tyler Walker (our sales guy) stated that they should have been in there but he would order them and make sure we got them. After 3 months, he is no longer returning calls or texts and refuses to come to the phone when we call the dealership. We keep getting the run around and have had sales managers tell us "let me look into that and I'll call you in 45 minutes"...guess what, no call back. Do not buy from VW SouthTowne unless you want crappy service. More
