I honestly do not know how they have even about a 2 star rating. They have had my car for going on 6 months now. Every time we call they aren’t available or “in a meeting”. This entire time they’ve refused rating. They have had my car for going on 6 months now. Every time we call they aren’t available or “in a meeting”. This entire time they’ve refused to give us a loaner car. They will not contact us until we call then we still get put on hold just to be told they aren’t available. I’ve been told more than 10 times that someone would call me back later, not once did they do so. They have the audacity to ask us questions like “Hey the car won’t go in reverse now, was it like that before?” or “ Hey it won’t go into 2nd gear was it like that before?” or “Hey was your speedometer working before?”. Obviously all of that was working which they should know that considering they’ve had to test drive it numerous times. Back in December I got it back for 2 days then it broke down again. It has been a nightmare working with them. Do not recommend. Update after 6 months of them absolutely messing this car up they called our insurance and said that they don’t know who caused all these problems (they did) and it must of just been things they missed in the initial inspection. Truth is, it was probably just costing them more money to fix because they couldn’t do anything right and once they fixed one thing, they broke another. Absolute nightmare, I could not stress this enough to STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! More

Service department was fair and didn’t try to push unnecessary services on me. I got what I needed to done, and while it was a pricey visit, I don’t feel like I did more than the minimum maintenance n unnecessary services on me.
