Great Customer Service During a Pandemic My wife and I don't buy cars often and we dread the car buying experience. However, Charles helped make the process positive and efficient. He took the time to show us all of the features on the VW, Atlas, answer our questions about the car, the difference between the to models we were looking at and then help us feel comfortable about making such a large purchase. Additionally, we ended up looking at the car at a later time than planned. We have 2 younger children who were mentally done. He made sure to help the kids feel good about being at the dealership so late. The kids still are wondering how his invisible ball landed in a brown paper bag. The rest of the people we worked with were great. The finance person answered all of our questions. On our way home, it was late the dealership had closed. A warning light came on, we had pulled over, he stopped to make sure things were ok. We really appreciate this going the extra mile service. More
