After service looked at my Jetta, he stated there was a hairline crack in the fuel filter seal, and because I'd been in 7000 miles earlier where the dealer had just replaced my fuel filter; Dylan replaced my filter, free of charge. I've honestly not always had good luck with VW Southtowne service department, but they've been much better as of late. Thank you Dylan and VW Southtowne for your excellent customer service. More
